What shipping options are available?
We offer standard shipping (3-5 business days) and express shipping (1-2 business days) on all domestic orders. Free standard shipping is applied to orders over $75.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, Glasshouse Salon is committed to ethical beauty. All of our curated brands are 100% cruelty-free and many are certified organic or vegan.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress.
